How We Generated 50+ Leads in Month One via Social Media

During conversations with a prospect, we take a consultative approach in order to make sure we are doing the right thing for our potential client. Our marketing services are not a one size fits all solution. When we learned the client was a relatively new start-up aiming to grow and build a platform both the client and Property Webmasters were fully aware that marketing was the essential next step.

For businesses within the property industry, there are five main reasons why a business needs to invest in marketing:

Brand awareness: Marketing is crucial for start-up companies to create awareness and build a strong brand identity. This can be achieved through various marketing techniques like social media marketing, content marketing, and influencer marketing.

Reach target audience: Marketing helps start-ups to identify and reach their target audience. With the help of market research, start-ups can understand their target customer’s needs and tailor their marketing efforts accordingly.

Generate leads: Marketing helps start-ups to generate leads and convert them into customers. By creating valuable content and promoting it through various channels, start-ups can attract potential customers and increase their chances of making a sale.

Stand out from competitors: Marketing allows start-ups to differentiate themselves from their competitors and position themselves as leaders in their industry. By creating unique and compelling marketing campaigns, start-ups can capture the attention of their target audience and establish themselves as a credible brand.

Long-term growth: Investing in marketing can lead to long-term growth for start-ups. A well-executed marketing strategy can lead to increased sales, brand loyalty, and customer retention, which are all essential for a start-up’s growth and success.

Our client within the mortgage industry is ramping up the launch of a brand new application that allows users to gain access to broker-exclusive deals as well as digital sourcing important documents to check affordability and beyond.

Facebook Ad Tip One, Use a clear call-to-action: Make it easy for people to contact you by including a clear call-to-action button, such as “Contact us” or “Learn more.”

Promoting services is important for businesses in the property industry because it helps to attract new clients and increase their revenue. By effectively advertising their services and reaching a larger audience, our client was able to showcase the benefits of their services and differentiate themselves from their competitors. Additionally, promoting their services helps build trust and credibility with potential clients, ultimately leading to long-term business relationships.

This is very important for new businesses!

As start-up businesses continue to look into how they can attract attention, we leveraged social media to ramp up the subscriptions upon our clients’ new platform.

How did we decide on social media marketing?

Social media advertising is important for businesses because it allows them to reach a large and targeted audience at a relatively low cost. Not only is it cheap to maintain when done correctly, but it is also extremely visual and it can allow a business to promote videos and well-designed graphics, creating a personality to the brand.

Facebook Ad Tip Two, Test different ad formats: Experiment with different ad formats, such as single image, video, and carousel ads to see which one performs best.

Platforms like Facebook and Instagram have a vast user base and offer businesses the ability to target specific demographics, interests, and behaviours. Our client made it clear that their target audience is very social, which is why we proceeded with Social Media Marketing, specifically Instagram, ahead of other potential avenues like Google Ads.

Since launching the campaigns and implementing a solid social media strategy across both organic and paid marketing, the client has seen a 569% increase in Instagram followers alongside a 215% increase in their overall profile visits. Ultimately we have seen 50 new high-quality subscribers to their mailing list within just 4 weeks of marketing.

After achieving these results within just 4 weeks, going forward we have reviewed what has worked so far for the client and implemented a strategy to build and grow on the results we have seen. To complement the organic and paid social media campaigns, the client is also using micro Micro-influencers within the financial industry that have a strong reliable presence.

Facebook Ad Tip Three, Test different targeting options: Test different targeting options to see which ones generate the most leads at the lowest cost.

Utilising this strategy was a risk for the client but it has helped them reach a whole new audience that they might not have originally included within their target audience, whilst helping to drive high-quality engaged users to their business.

How did we achieve this?

Honing in on the overall target audience and goal of the client, we focused on implementing lifestyle-focused campaigns that highlighted the importance of their brand alongside the USPs that they provide. This has allowed us to instil trust within their prospective audience whilst also giving the brand a strong identity that users can recognise throughout our retargeting campaigns.

To give an insight into the split between the campaigns, we can see the above image features 18 On-Facebook Leads which are from retargeted users via a lead form and on the second line we can see that 37 Direct Leads come through a high-converting landing page.

One thing that cannot be overlooked is the quality of the creatives we use within each Ad. We are constantly reminding clients that video content is the future and we are seeing results to back our beliefs. Otherwise, carousel videos act as a slide show to demonstrate the USPs and features of your estate agency or the property you are promoting!

Below are a few examples of some now unpublished designs that Property Webmasters have created in order to attract leads.

Based on the results we have seen for our client mentioned in this article and our other clients from within the UK and internationally, our paid marketing strategies can lead to long-term success for businesses within the property industry.

If you are looking to increase traffic, brand presence, lead numbers as well as engagement, paid social media marketing is the ideal approach. At Property Webmasters, we offer a consultative approach that will lead to a bespoke set of campaigns being created that align perfectly with your vision, alongside cutting-edge graphic design in order to complement your brand and draw the attention of any potential customer.
