The Negotiator Awards
The Negotiator Awards is one of the largest and most prestigious awards for the UK residential property industry.
The event has been established for 13 years and each year, estate and letting agents and suppliers from across the UK battle for
these highly prized and meaningful awards.
The awards is organised by the The Negotiator Magazine, a trade magazine for the UK residential property industry. The
publication delivers to 17,000 agents across the UK each month. It has been the touchstone for high
street agents for over 30 years, championing best practice and keeping the industry well informed.
The Negotiator Awards has led the field in the celebration of excellence in the residential property agency
sector for 13 years off the back of this, and is judged by a large panel of leading figures in the industry. Only the best agencies
and suppliers are announced as the winners.
This year, judging for the awards took place on 3rd September at the Royal Automobile Club, Pall Mall, London where
the Shortlist was decided by a carefully selected panel of judges, all of which are leaders in their field, along with observers from The Negotiator.
The finalists and winners will be revealed at a grand black tie gala dinner in Park Lane, London on 29th November 2019, and will be presented by a top TV celebrity which has not yet been named.
