Estate Agent Web Design

News

With the Internet becoming increasingly popular, your website is sometimes the first thing that a potential client may see, so visual impact of the website is vitally important. You need a clear, well laid out website which stands out from all of your competitors. As real estate is a very competitive market you need to make sure that you have that edge above others.

Nowadays people would much rather scroll through the Internet as opposed to searching the high streets for the best real estate agent. So if you don’t have a good web design you may be beaten at the post by one of your competitors.

Unfortunately the famous saying ‘don’t judge a book by its cover’ doesn’t apply to web design. A user takes only 4 to 6 seconds to decide whether they are going to continue browsing your site, so first impressions are everything. If your website isn’t eye catching and easy to navigate then the chances of customers sticking around is very slim. If the website is not formatted effectively then they could be missing out on the important information that would make them choose your estate agent over another. Sell yourself!

Your website is the most visible part of your company so if it doesn’t look good then it isn’t going to set a good example. It is also important that the content on the website is easy to read. Majority of people who visit websites only read about 30% of the text, so bullet points and easy to digest content can really help the potential client seek out the information they are looking for.
